
Only admins can send rewards
If you are on our free plan, you can send to any recipient
If you are a paid customer, you can only send rewards to recipients within your Assembly organization
You can send gift cards, monetary rewards & prepaid cards, and points as rewards
You can customize your rewards for any occasion with a personalized image and message
For gift cards and monetary rewards, you can only send one reward to one recipient at a time (you cannot bulk send these rewards)
You can bulk send points as rewards to any amount of recipients within your organization
The recipient of your reward will receive the reward directly to the email you specify during checkout
If you send points as a reward, the recipients can choose their own reward by redeeming those points for any of the rewards enabled for your account
Gift cards & monetary rewards/prepaid cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once sent
For free accounts, for security reasons, you cannot send more than $50 in total rewards before verifying your account with the Assembly support team (to verify your account, please reach out to support@joinassembly.com)
You can send a gift card from any of the available providers shown in the gift card catalog. You can send gift cards internationally as well by selecting the desired country from the country dropdown.
To send a gift card:
Click Send a reward
Select Send a gift card
Select the gift card you wish to send
Select the value of the gift card
Enter the recipient’s name and email (where the gift card will be sent)
If you want to be CCd on the reward email that gets sent to the recipient, check the ‘CC sender email on recipient email' checkbox
Add the sender name (as it will appear in the email to the recipient; it can be your name or something else)
Add your message (as it will appear in the email to the recipient)
If you want to preview the email, click ‘Preview email’
If you want to send a test email, click ‘Send test email’
Enter the email address you want the test email to go to
Enter your credit card information
If you have a stored payment method you can select this as your payment method
Click ‘Place order and send reward’
You can see all of your reward order transaction history from the ‘Order history’ page
Log into your Assembly account at https://app.joinassembly.com/login
Click ‘Order history’ in the navigation menu
From here you can view and download your full transaction history
All account changes and free trials should be handled directly through your account manager (if you have one), or by emailing support@joinassembly.com
You can manage your account name, stored payment method(s), or delete your account from the manage your account page.
Log into your Assembly account at https://app.joinassembly.com/login
From the profile menu in the top right of the page, click ‘Manage account’
You can change the name of your account
You can add/manage stored payment methods for faster checkout during the reward checkout process
To delete your account, follow the steps at the bottom of the page
