
Only admins can send rewards
If you are on our free plan, you can send to any recipient
If you are a paid customer, you can only send rewards to recipients within your Assembly organization
You can send gift cards, monetary rewards & prepaid cards, and points as rewards
You can customize your rewards for any occasion with a personalized image and message
For gift cards and monetary rewards, you can only send one reward to one recipient at a time (you cannot bulk send these rewards)
You can bulk send points as rewards to any amount of recipients within your organization
The recipient of your reward will receive the reward directly to the email you specify during checkout
If you send points as a reward, the recipients can choose their own reward by redeeming those points for any of the rewards enabled for your account
Gift cards & monetary rewards/prepaid cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once sent
For free accounts, for security reasons, you cannot send more than $50 in total rewards before verifying your account with the Assembly support team (to verify your account, please reach out to support@joinassembly.com)
You can send a gift card or monetary reward/prepaid card from any of the available providers shown in either catalog. You can send these internationally as well by selecting the desired country from the country dropdown.
You can send points as a reward to any member of your organization, to allow the recipient to choose any reward from your reward catalog (more on this in the Redeeming points section below).

If selecting gift card of monetary reward, select the specific reward you wish to send from the catalog
Select the value of the reward
Select the recipient(s)
For gift cards and monetary rewards, you can only send to one recipient at a time
For points, you can send to as many recipients as you like
If your organization utilizes groups (work location, department, custom groups), you can select the group and all members of that group will be included as recipients
If you want to be CCd on the reward email that gets sent to the recipient, check the CC sender email on recipient email checkbox
Add the sender name (as it will appear in the email to the recipient; it can be your name or something else)
Once your recipients are finalized, click Customize card to continue
Customize the reward
Select the occasion for the reward, or input your own custom occasion
Click ‘Customize card’
We will preselect an image from our catalog as well as pre-generate a message for your reward, based on the occasion selected
You can choose a different image (or upload your own)
You can also edit the message
Enter the sender name that will appear in the reward email, that will tell the recipient who the reward is from
To preview the reward email that the recipients will receive, click Preview email
To send a test email, click Send test email
Enter the email you want to send the test email to
Click ‘Send’
Check your inbox for the test email
Once you have finalized your reward message details, click Review to continue

From this step you can confirm all of the reward and customization details are correct before sending
If you are sending points, there is no payment processed upon sending the reward
You will be charged to your account at the time the recipient redeems their points for a reward
If you are sending a gift card or monetary reward/prepaid card, you will be charged upon sending the reward
If you are on a paid plan, you will get billed via whatever your rewards billing settings are (credit card, account balance, etc.)
If you are on a free plan, you must enter your payment details, or select from your saved payment methods, before sending the reward
You will be charged/debited immediately upon sending the gift card/monetary reward.
Click Send reward to send the reward

When recipients receive points, they can accumulate them and redeem them at any time for any reward of your choice. Your can customize your reward catalog to contain any or all of our available reward types.

You can manage your account name, stored payment method(s), or delete your account from the manage your account page.
Log into your Assembly account at https://app.joinassembly.com/login
From the profile menu in the top right of the page, click ‘Manage account’
You can change the name of your account
You can add/manage stored payment methods for faster checkout during the reward checkout process
To delete your account, follow the steps at the bottom of the page
