Only admins have access to rewards billing & transactions and reporting
All billing transactions are billed to your account balance
You can choose to pre-load your balance or pay-as-you-go (where you are billed to a credit card for every transaction as it happens)
Billing & transactions will contain all rewards transactions, including when a user redeems their points for a reward, as well as when you send a reward (gift card or monetary reward/prepaid card) directly to someone
Order history, reward history, and points activity will provide more detailed insight into your rewards transactions and history
We have multiple rewards-related reporting that helps you manage and keep track of all rewards-related activity in your account. We’ve broken each report
Transaction history = captures payment; how the reward activity was funded
Order history = captures fulfillment; which reward was purchased and delivered
Reward history = captures intent; who rewarded whom and what kind of reward it was
This report includes the sending of points, whereas the two reports above do not
This is because points do not have any payment or fulfillment impact until they are redeemed for an actual reward
Point activity = captures employees point balances; acts as a ledger for all points
Received (via rewards or our core engagement suite of peer-to-peer recognition, awards, challenges - if enabled for your account)
Given (via rewards or core engagement)
Spent (via sending rewards, or end-user redemption of points)
