Only Admins can set up monetary rewards & prepaid cards
When enabled, all employees will have access to redeem their points for monetary rewards & prepaid cards
Admins can manage which monetary rewards & prepaid cards are available to their employees
Your employees can redeem their points for monetary reward and prepaid card directly within the rewards catalog
Monetary rewards & prepaid cards availability varies by country
By default, the ‘Monetary & prepaid cards’ page in your rewards catalog is turned off, meaning that even though all monetary rewards & prepaid cards might be turned ‘On’, nobody in your Assembly will see the ‘Monetary & prepaid cards’ page in your rewards catalog until you turn it on.
To enable access to the Monetary & prepaid cards’ rewards page for your employees:
Go to your admin page
Select Rewards -> Monetary & prepaid cards
Next to ‘Show in rewards catalog?’, turn the toggle to On.
This will show all monetary rewards & prepaid cards that you have turned on in your reward inventory in Assembly.
By default, all monetary rewards & prepaid cards for all countries are turned on. To turn all on/off:
Go to your admin page
Select Rewards -> Monetary & prepaid cards
To turn all rewards on/off in all countries
Select ‘All countries’
Turn the ‘Turn all on’ toggle on/off
If turned off, all rewards for all countries will be disabled, and the ‘Monetary & prepaid’ card reward page will automatically no longer show in the catalog
To turn all rewards on/off for a specific country
Select the country you want to turn all on/off for
Turn the ‘Turn all on’ toggle on/off
If turned off, all rewards for that country will be disabled; but all rewards enabled for other countries will remain enabled
To turn specific rewards on/off within all/individual countries
If the ‘Turn all on’ toggle is ON for all or specific countries, you can disable individual rewards in the list by turning the toggle off for that specific reward
The other rewards will remain on
If the ‘Turn all on’ toggle is OFF for all or specific countries, you can enable individual rewards in the list by turning the toggle on for that specific reward
The other rewards will remain off
You can disable your monetary rewards & prepaid card catalog at any time
Go to your admin page
Select Rewards -> Monetary & prepaid cards
Next to ‘Show in rewards catalog?’, turn the toggle to Off
This will automatically disable the monetary rewards & prepaid card catalog for all your employees (even if individual items are still turned on)
You will be billed for every individual redemption from your employees. You can see all redemptions in your redemption report.
Go to your admin page
Select Reports -> Redemption
Filter by ‘Monetary & prepaid cards’ to see all redemptions for this reward type
To redeem your points for a monetary reward or prepaid card:
Go to app.joinassembly.com
Click rewards in the left nav menu
Select the 'Monetary & prepaid card' reward type
Select the reward you would like to redeem
Enter the amount of points you want to redeem
Click 'Redeem'
Once you redeem, you will receive an email with instructions for how to use your reward.
