Who can use this feature?
Only Admins can set up Experiences rewards
When enabled, all employees will have access to Experiences rewards
What to expect
To browse and redeem, we will link your employees to the Assembly Experiences page
From there they can redeem their points for flights, hotels, and activities
If they do not have enough points to redeem, they can use their credit card as well!
Enabling Experiences rewards in admin
Go to your admin page
Select Rewards -> Experiences
Turn on the toggle to enable Experiences in your Assembly
Turn the toggle off to disable
To preview the Experiences rewards catalog, click 'Preview experiences'
Billing for purchased experiences
For any points used to redeem the experience, we will convert the value to USD and bill you through Assembly, as we do for gift cards.
Browsing and redeeming Experiences
Go to your 'Rewards' page
Select 'Experiences'
Click 'Browse and redeem'
Using credit card + points
Once you have selected your reward, when completing your checkout, you will see the option to pay with credit card + points
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms of the purchase, and are not controlled by Assembly.
To initiate a cancellation, go to your rewards page and select 'Experiences'
Click 'Browse and redeem experiences'
In the top right corner of the top menu, click 'Your trips'
From there you can manage your trip
If an Experience is successfully cancelled, once the cancellation is processed by Switchfly, the points amount will automatically get refunded to the earned balance in Assembly
If a credit card was used to complete the purchase, the amount will automatically get refunded to the card
