Sent whenever a scheduled or on demand flow is triggered (they can disable this on a flow basis from their my settings/notifications)

Flow participation reminder

Sent whenever flow owner/collaborator clicks ‘remind’ button during an active flow; only sends for participants who haven’t answered yet

New responses in a flow

Sent whenever there are new posts in a flow they are a viewer of (they can disable this on a flow basis from their my settings/notifications)

Someone mentioned you in a flow post

Sent when someone mentions you in a post. Includes open ended and person selection blocks. Also includes when @everyone is tagged in a post.

Flow share request (sent to owner, someone requesting to share)

Sent whenever a non-owner/collaborator requests to add someone to a flow. You can request multiple people at the same time, in which case they will all be displayed in the same email.

Share flow request approved (no email for request denied)

Sent upon approval of the request (sent to the person with whom the flow was shared with)

Announcement email

Sent whenever an announcement is posted

Collection sharing - someone shared a collection with you

Sent whenever someone shares a collection with you

Upcoming milestones

These get sent on the Wednesday of the week before upcoming milestones, only when there are upcoming milestones on a Manager’s team the following week
