In Assembly, there are two types of points may see: Giving Points and Earned Points.

Giving Points

Giving Points, or Giving Allowance, are provided by the company for you to distribute to others. These points cannot be cashed out and are solely for giving to your peers. It’s important to note that these points expire monthly if not used. Don't fear! While your Giving Points expires at the end of the month, it will renew on the first of the following month for you to give to your peers through recognition and praise!

Earned Points

Earned Points, or Earned Balance, are those that you receive from others through peer-to-peer recognition, from completing Challenges, or from Anniversary or Birthday shout-outs. These points are yours to enjoy and can be cashed out. You can save your Earned Points and redeem them towards an available Reward of your choosing!

However; you cannot transfer your earned points to others. Only the giving allowance can be used to share points with your peers.
