User Not Receiving Reward Redemption Emails
All Reward Redemption emails will generate from "noreply@tangocard.com", if you haven’t received the your chosen Reward details, please follow the below steps first:
Check your Junk or Spam folders to see if the email has landed there. You'll want to make sure this email address is included in any "Safe" email aliases for you to receive. Scroll down further in this article to see how your internal team can ensure all users can receive Reward emails by safe-listing certain domains!
Resend the Reward Redemption email to your Assembly email by navigating to the Rewards filter at the top of your Dashboard and select "My Rewards." Once there, locate the Reward and click the "Resent Email" button.
After you've completed those steps and have still not received the Reward Redemption email, we recommend that you reach out to our Support Team through the live chat system in your Assembly Dashboard, or directly email support@joinassembly.com for further assistance!
Multiple Users Not Receiving Reward Redemption Emails
If you have a number of users not receiving Reward Redemption details, we suggest checking with your IT Team and updating your allowlist with the following information:
