While giving recognition to your peers, you may end up using all of your allotted giving allowance for the month. If you do use all of those points, no fear! You can still give shout-outs, praise, and recognition to your peers when your allowance has been used.
How to Give Recognition Without Points
You'll follow the same pathway to provide recognition by clicking the "Give Recognition" button on your Assembly dashboard, or directly within the "Give Recognition" flow and starting a post.
From there, you can select the user or users you want to shout-out.
After you've selected who you want to praise, you'll provide your shout-out in the text box! Feel free to add emojis or GIFs to add some fun!
If your company has core values, select the core value that closely aligns to the praise you are providing that user!
Once those items are completed, you'll see a note that your current giving allowance has been used for the month. No worries, you can still send out that praise by clicking on the "Post" button below.
After you've posted, you'll see the recognition you gave directly on your feed!
