Accessing Covver Outside of Assembly Admin

How do I log in to the store?

  1. Visit the Store: Go to Covver Store.

  2. Enter Your Email: Input your email address in the login bar at the bottom of the page (It will most likely be your work email address).

  3. Verify Your Email: Check your inbox for a verification code. If it doesn’t arrive immediately, wait 30 seconds and check your spam folder.

  4. Enter the Code: Type in the verification code.

How do I log out?

  1. Your Space: Click on “Your Space” at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Logout: Hover over your name and click “Logout.”

  3. Troubleshoot: If you can't find the logout button, try using a different browser or incognito mode.


Tracking Orders

Where is an employee's package?

To track an employee's shipment, access the tracking link from your store:

  1. Enter the store’s URL.

  2. Click on "Your Space," then "My Orders."

The package may be shipped to a local post office, so keep an eye on the tracking details.

The shipper might call you directly, so stay alert for any phone calls.

Will employee's receive their order in one package?

Items may be shipped separately as they are sourced from different fulfillment centers.


Returns

How can an employee return an item?

Since each item is custom-made to order, Covver is unable to offer replacements.


Delivery Restrictions & Regulations

Argentina import restrictions

Certain categories of goods cannot be cleared through FedEx and require an external customs broker, such as apparel, electronics, promotional items, and animal products.

ARGENTINA ONLY: If you have included any restricted products, please ensure you have a customs broker ready. For further assistance, please contact Covver support at support@covver.io.

India import regulations

Please ensure your order's address and first & last name are identical to your ID information. For international shipments, a KYC form is mandatory, due to local customs regulations, and you will be requested to provide it.

Ukraine shipping limitations

Please note that shipping times to Ukraine may vary and the tracking may not provide accurate tracking or fast delivery. Also, there is no shipping available to Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine.
